This site ("the App") administers seniority-based RDO and Annual Leave bidding for your facility. Access is limited to authorized employees and administrators of the facility, and accounts are provisioned by an administrator.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please change your password from the default as soon as you're able, from your Profile page.
Bid picks are made in seniority order per your facility's applicable MOU and negotiated procedures. Picks submitted through the App are treated the same as picks made through any other authorized process, and an administrator may correct or override entries to fix errors, no-shows, or phoned-in picks consistent with those procedures.
If you opt in on your Profile page, the App will send you text messages when it's your turn to bid or your turn is approaching, and can send your login credentials by text at an administrator's request. Message frequency varies with bidding activity; message and data rates may apply. Opting in is optional and is never required to use the App. Reply STOP to a message at any time to opt out, or clear your phone number from your Profile page. Reply HELP for help. The App is provided as an administrative convenience. It doesn't replace or supersede your facility's MOU, negotiated agreements, or official record-keeping.
