This site ("the App") is a seniority-based RDO and Annual Leave bidding tool for use by facility employees and administrators. We collect:
Your information is used solely to administer RDO and Annual Leave bidding: enforcing seniority order, tracking picks and results, and — if you've opted in and provided a phone number — sending you text notifications when it's your turn to bid or your turn is approaching. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Providing a phone number and opting in to text messages is entirely optional and is never required to use the App. Message frequency varies based on bidding activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or remove your number from your Profile page. See our Terms of Service for more.
Mobile information collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Twilio as our text-messaging service provider solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not share your information with any other third party, except as required by law.
Your information is retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain historical bidding records. An administrator can remove your account and associated data on request.
